At checkout we do bill a shipping charge to cover most destinations. The orders destination will determine the final cost. 

Returns:
The PondGel can not be returned. Water chemistry is extremely variable and PondGel, while effective on the vast majority of potential uses, is not guaranteed to be effective.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange, send us an email at sales@clearflowgroup.com and you will be contacted with return instructions.
